Question Cant open bios

I bought a new ssd and a used hdd for my old pc. It had an hdd with win 7 installed on it. I plugged it off and installed the new ssd and hdd, after that i plug a usb drive with windows creation tool, so I can fresh install win 10,but when i boot up i can only see the motherboard screen and when i press Del for setup i get vertical green lines all over the screen. Bios wont open its just lines.
I am using the build in graphics card because i get no signal from gpu.

Motherboard us m3ah-hdmi
CPU is athlon 5200+
Graphics card is nvidia 8600 gt
2gb of ram
400w psu
Ssd is

Try resetting the bios Or removing the battery for a few seconds and putting it back in , then try to access the bio again

I removed the battery and put it back later, but nothing changed

Found the solution, I had to put back the cd/dvd rom device and boom I was eable to enter the bios settings.
