Can't Open "Downloads" Folder

Hello, so this is the first time I've EVER gotten this message, but when I try to open my downloads folder, I'm presented with an error.

The error word-for-word states: (Explorer.exe) "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action [opening it]. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."

So if I could get some help with figuring out how to open the folder that'd be GREAT!
