Can't open DTS Audio Control

Hello, i'm using windows 7 professional. I just installed DTS Audio Control from here http://www.realtek.com/downloads/. I restarted my computer, but i can't open that program. Also i tried to reinstall it, but same problem. What can i do? Thanks.
