Can't open my disk drive!

I'm having problems with opening my disk drive.

I've also tried using a paperclip for the little button below, however, this seems to be stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

With the PC being turned ON, use a thicker paperclip, or thick wooden toothpick. Usually some force is required. The motor should assist you in this.

If you wish, you can also pull out the tray manually, but that is harder.
