How did you format it if it's not seen in Windows? I can't see the images at work, but need some details about the issue anyway. Specs on the system, laptop or desktop, background of the issue, internal drive, external drive, where did it come from, when was the last time it worked, where did it work, etc... Start at the beginning and what you tried already.
