Cant open recovered photos from sd card

Hello, i can't open recovered photos from sd card. Some of the recoved photos are half or gray color. what is the reason and how can i fix it?

You say these are recovered photos. It appears that some of the files were only partially recoverable and are corrupt. The gray area is the missing data from the photo. There is no way to fix it that I know of.
