cant pass bios screen often at start / nonstop short beeping in bios settings

phoenix bios
version 1.03.04.cat1

after sending my win7 laptop to the service
it came back with these problems above

if i pass the bios screen using esc
it will then continue with a black screen and starts short beeping and it speeds up then stops
and windows opens
beep number is a lot like 50 or 70 beeps
this process take a 30-40 seconds approximately
i usually ctrl alt del couple times to reset to pass bios screen automatically because it works after 3 or 4 try

also in the bios settings short beep goes nonstop
and it weirdly stops only when i get into the boot order tab (and i cant change boot order i wont let me)

edit : i tried to reattach rams it didnt work
edit2 : i cant send back service because im out of warranty and i will go abroad soon
