Cant play any videos on Google chrome on Windows 8.1

I just installed chrome on a new pc and installed adobe flash and i have tried EVERYTHING i saw on the internet (disabling plugins,installing new,rebooting,restarting,etc) but the problem is still there??? any help?

Are you using Google Chrome's integrated Flash Player plug-in?
