I think i need to upgrade my 16mb cache harddrive. Bethesda says its a hdd heavy game cause of texturing but i just want to make sure? my laptop which is no where near my desktop runs it just fine. my friend said i might need to update/flash my bios? any thoughts before i go buy an ssd?

All drivers are installed apart from the bios. No errors. Ran benchmarks and they are normal. Lags the same on low as on high settings. Doesnt change in intensity when i change settings.
 

What did you upgrade on your comp? Maybe re-installing the game helps.
