Can't play video.

I can't play any youtube video, mp4 file, mp3 file, (or any video format). I can't play a video in sony vegas. I basically cannot do anything video related. And when i restart my computer it works for 30 minutes, then it comes back again. I'm not sure what to do. I have tried updating flash player, java etc. But it won't work.

If you maybe know what the problem is please respond
