Cant port forward, HELP!!

I have the modem ubee ddw262 and port forwarding is not working, i already created an ipv4 following all of the steps but wont work, now i am starting to suspect that there is something wrong with the modem config, here are some pictures:

The external IP address in the port forwarding rule must be all zeroes (0.0.0.0).

An external IP address is entered only when just one client is permitted to access your server.
