[SOLVED] Cant Port Forward Huawei E5186s-22a

I want to port forward Huawei E5186s-22a. i have virtual server setup with a static ip and port but i cant open the port. I tried turning off the firewall completely but it didn't work factory reset too.

That is a cellular router. You don't get a public IP with cellular, so you won't be able to port forward.
Your WAN IP address would usually be 100.x.x.x -- That is a "carrier NAT" address and can't be port forwarded -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT
