Can't power on Toshiba laptop.

My problem is I was using my mouse to turn on my laptop from sleep mode, not the power button, the mouse broke and now can't power on. I've tried everything like holding the power button down etc. The touchpad wasn't working before this happened so, so much for that. Tried to repair the mouse to no avail. Any ideas?

Never mind, it was an electrical outlet issue. A mod can delete this thread if they wish.
