Question Can't re install windows.

Motherboard gigabyte a320m-s2h

I tried to install a new copy of Windows using the official windows iso file I did not have a laptop so I download it from phone used otg to transfer the iso to the usb
using etch droid app


Plugged it in got into setup and got a error "no device drivers found" I found solutions but I had to install some sort of program on a pc to add the driver or something but I don't have access to a laptop due to covid restrictions.

Hello, i had made a new user account for Windows (without any password or Microsoft account linked) and I switched to the profile and it told me that profile was unable to load I tried switching accounts but they wount show up on the bottom.

I could not use command line in the advanced repair options or reinstall windows using that as it required my password and I didn't know my password I only knew my pin I tried all the passwords but no luck

Tried to restart reinsert CMOS battery no luck and then tried to re install windows
