[SOLVED] Cant reach windows 10 installation screen on Newly Built PC

I recently built a PC and I'm trying to get to the windows 10 installation screen with the windows 10 installation media that I downloaded onto my 8GB SamData USB but my screen is just pure blue, no words or anything.

I've tried disabling secure boot and fast boot, still a pure blue screen.

Any solutions?

DLM22 Case
WD_Black 500GB M.2
2x8gb Crucial Ballistix RAM
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4gb
Asrock B450M Steel Legend Mobo
550W EVGA PSU
