So I was trying to reboot from safemode but its asking for the password but it won't take my password even though I resetted it from another pc. Most likely because in safemode, the internet is not connected.

So I'm now trying to reboot from my repair disc I just created. However, it's still asking for a password. What other options do I have at this point?

Solution
"it won't take my password even though I resetted it from another pc"

???
Did you take the Windows drive out of a PC, stick it in a different PC, then try to boot to Windows?

Either way I guess the first answer to do a CLEAN INSTALL of Windows is the solution (which may need you to buy a new license if it's a new PC).

I don't believe that's strictly correct.

Under "Don't":
"Ask for help pirating, cracking passwords, or bypassing copyright protection"

Perhaps I'm wrong but my interpretation is we can't discuss ILLEGAL things; if someone has a password issue that is not illegal I don't understand what the problem with helping would be.

If the above post is discussing HIS LEGAL COPY of Windows then I see no issue. If on clarification of the details it was shown to be an illegally copied or stolen version of Windows then I would agree it's against the rules.

If I'm wrong please show me exactly in the rules.
