Question recording problem

i have gtx 760 i5 4690 i tried every recording software possible shadow play obs bandicam and no software gives me 60 fps and good quality its terrible can anyone help what could be problem?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Second, what titles are you taxing the system and trying to record gameplay?

Third, have you ruled out your driver being the root cause by performing a DDU>manual driver reinstall with latest driver?

Fourth, what resolution at 60FPS are we talking about here?

windows 10 1920x1080 60 hz
i dont know bios version
i am trying to record gameplay
and i resintalled drivers probably more than 10 times and at last i fully removed drivers with ddu and installed fresh
and driver version is 475,14 i think that was the latest for this card

350W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the make and model of the PSU and it's age?
