Hi,
Recently i uninstalled my nvidia driver from my Device manager in hopes of reinstalling it to get it to work. The problem now is that without it in my device manager, i cannot seem to install any new drivers from the offical Nvidia website. Everytime i try, it says "could not find compatible graphics hardware". My laptop is an ASUS X550C and it came with a nvidia GEFORCE 720M graphics card included. I am quite a tech noob and i do not know what else to do. I really want the driver back or one that can be used... PLEASE HELP!!!

i wanted to reinstall it, read somewhere i should uninstall it first to get the latest driver or something. What to do now?

Hi,
thanks for the suggestion but ive already tried that and i constantly get this message during the installation " NVIDIA INSTALLATION CANNOT CONTINUE, The graphics driver could not find a compatible graphics hardware" Which is the main issue because i cannot even install it back despite my ASUS having a GEFORCE graphics card!!

Ive seen this suggestion quite a number of times. The problem is, i uninstalled the NVIDIA driver from the device manager, effectively removing it. As such i cant find it under the DISPLAY ADAPTERS tab in device manager...In short, i cant seem to use this suggestion. 🙁

yeah but im not sure what to do after ive downloaded the file from that link. Also im not sure how it works...sorry but im really bad with computers :x
