Good Morning,
While migrating Google Drive to a new drive, the "Google Drive" directory from the origin drive - C:\users\%username%\Google Drive cannot be deleted.
I can add files and delete them.
I can run a dir of them while they're in there, I can add directories and delete them, but I can't delete the "Google Drive" subdirectory.
The folder does not show up under the C:\ drive but shows up under Desktop in Windows (10) Explorer
There are no options to rename / delete it under the context menu in Windows Explorer
09/20/2016 03:23 AM 3,776 ganttproject.log
03/10/2022 10:14 AM <DIR> Google Drive
09/20/2016 03:23 AM 2,159 java0.log
Interestingly, the date is today's date even though the migration occurred yesterday...
RMDIR returns the following
C:\Users\***>RMDIR /S /Q C:\Users\***\Google Drive
The system cannot find the file specified.
The system cannot find the file specified.
C:\Users\***>
DISKPART show the partition as NTFS / healthy...
It's almost acting like a library entry in Explorer, but it does not appear in the Libraries listing and no context menus for delete or rename appear...
Doing a lot of reading to explore next steps... any help appreciated,
T
