cant remove hidden lan connection

On board Nic

I have a on board LIC that is not seeing my DHCP router insteady it says 169.245.62.162 and I have a lan connection that's hidden but no device on pc shows 169.254.173.16 I was able to use my Nic until a few days ago, how can I fix this or do I nee a new Card?

Try reseating the cable at both ends and also make sure you have the latest driver

Unfortunately lots of things can cause that, all it means is the computer thinks the lan port is active but did not receive a IP. To rules out the DHCP you can try to hard code a IP address. After that it can be cable issues or driver issues or in worst case a nic that partially failed.
