Can't Remove Power from Fan Board

I have some type of small board on the back side of my computer case that has places to plug in my fans. I'm replacing my PSU and need to unplug this power cable from that small board but for the life of me I cannot get it to come out.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I'm sure you tried just rocking it as you pull. But at this point that is all you can do. Those molex connectors can get real stuck so don't be a afraid to give it a bit of elbow grease.
