Can't rename the external

Why i can't rename my external even i'm the administrator and owner?

Hey there, Nenedon.

Did you get any error? How did you try to rename it?
Basically there are a few ways you can use to do that. One of them is to click with the right-mouse button on the drive in Windows Explorer (This PC) and select "rename", then write the name you want to and click OK when the window with the administrator confirmation pops-up.
Another option would requires you to reformat the drive (note that this is data destructive and you should backup any data you don't wish to lose if you decide to do it). So click "Format..." in Disk Management and in the field "volume label" write the name you wish to give to your drive or partition.

There's no error, no pops-up when renaming, but it won't change.
Reformat is the best way at all. ^^
