Recently built a PC for the first time and when I checked the BIOS, the RAM speed is about 2133Mhz and when I check on CPU-Z it show DRAM frequency 1064.5 Mhz. I know that the my RAM probably won't be able to get the full 3200Mhz since it's not Samsung B-die but as long as I can get it around 2933Mhz I'll be fine. My CPU is the Ryzen 3 2200G, mobo is the Asrock AB350 PRO4 and the exact ram is https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c16d-8grb . I don't have a GPU just yet in case it matters

Solution
RAM overclocking is sometimes hit or miss due to system variables and memory quality. I would ensure you are running the latest bios update for your motherboard. 1.4V is considered the maximum voltage for DDR4.
It seems the problem for me was that for some reason 3200Mhz didn't work at 1.35V which is probably because this RAM was made for Intel and not Ryzen, so I set the voltage to 1.4V and it runs at 3200Mhz, although I have yet to check if it runs fine from this change.
