can't see JCPAL isave flash drive under this pc in windows 10

hi...i cannot open the isave flash drive in windows 10. i can just see it under devices and printers but cannot open it and the app in JCPAL which i downloaded in my ipad i cannot save photos in the flash drive as well. please help me out.

That shouldn't stop you opening the flash, I think mac's would still format the USB as fat32. I might be wrong as never used a Mac.

I have learned that a USB formatted for mac won't work on Win 10, it is likely in a format win 10 cannot read
