Can't see

I don't have a webcam. Does that mean that I can't see someone else who does have a web cam?

No. You will be able to see them even if you don't have one as long as they do.

So why is it that I cant see who I'm talking to when they try to execute their webcam? Do i need to install some software?

It really depends on how he wants to see you. For example webcam via yahoo messenger.

That or he has a problem with his webcam.

I dont have a webcam. She does, & she wants me to see her. She tries but I can't see her.

Sounds like I just need to break dopwn & buy a webcam??

Having a webcam doesn't mean you'll see her if her webcams itself is the problem or the software shes using.

Has she tried the webcam before with others?

If it works then the problem might be on your side. You may need to update or install some softwares that you use for videos.
