[SOLVED] Can't Seem to find the right monitor

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to get some opinions on a good monitor for occasional gaming but main cad work and rendering/watching movies. I'm not married to 4k, I just want crisp clear images and good color. My current monitor seems white washed and I've calibrated as best as possible. I'm wanting to stay in the 24-27 inch range and below the $400 point. So what would you all recommend?

So would that beat out in quality/detail for say a 2k or 4k monitor?

Here's my current monitor and it just feels hard to see at times and the colors all seem washed out.

Not per say, but 4k 144Hz monitors are a lot more expensive.
