Question Can't seem to get this PC to boot up, or at least see it booting ?

I have assembled a PC and everything seems to be connected correctly but I cant seem to get the BIOS to post. I have taken advice and used only one and none ram stick when powering up, but nothing, I have removed the short extender to connect the GPU to the PSU and nothing changed, I have reseated the GPU and the CPU, I have plugged in the monitor to both the MOBO and the GPU to no avail. I don't know what else to do besides spend twice as much on this computer to figure out what could be wrong piece by piece.

There are no beeps when I turn it on, and I know it turns on because the fans turn on and glow, and a light on the GPU turns on.

Specs:
MOBO - ASrock A520M/ac
CPU - Ryzen 3 3100
GPU - XFX Radeon rx 580
RAM - G.Skill Aegis DDR4 2133 4GB x2

I dont know if I should include the PSU, HDD, or any other knick knacks that might be the problem, but if it would make it easier then feel free to ask.

Please post PSU make, model and age.

As for getting nothing on the monitor when it's plugged in to the motherboard, that is normal because the Ryzen 3 3100 does not have an integrated GPU.

Thanks for the GPU tid bit, the PSU is new, its the Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W

I'm not sure about your choice of PSU , whether it's a good or bad model. It's stated wattage is more than enough for an RX580 though, but wattage isn't the only important factor.
