Hi everybody,

I'm having this issue. I bought a new SSD device (MP 600 Force series). At first, it worked just fine. But (I think) after I updated the BIOS to the latest version, it no longer appears in the motherboard boot options, but I can find my old SSD. However, I can see the new SSD under the fast boot options when I press f11, but I have to do it manually every time I restart my PC.

My motherboard: MSI x399 gaming pro carbon ac.
My New SSD: MP600 Force Series (1TB)
My Old SSD: Samsung Evo (265 MB).

Any Ideas?

Because the BIOS setting will be reset after the BIOS update, you have to go back in the BIOS to set the setting again, each MB has their own BIOS setting for the M2 SSD, so I don't know what excatly setting for your MB, but check the manual, or if you can remember the old setting, then reset it.

Or may try to rebuild the bootmgr. How to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-ctrl-alt-del-to-restart-error-when-you-start
