Hi,

I have connected my pc to my TV and I cannot choose refresh rate over 60hz. Not in the windows settings or in the game settings. And it is the case for any resolution.

My TV is old (LG 65c7V) but it does support HDMI 2.0b so I should be able to game 1440p@120hz or 4k@60hz to my understanding.
My GPU is rtx 3070

Can someone help me please?

Specs above say that you should be able to do 4K @120Hz.

Do you have other monitors hooked up to the discrete GPU? If so, what are the makes and models of the other screens?

Not in the windows settings or in the game settings.
Have you tried looking into Nvidia's Control Panel and if you can manually set the refresh rate for the panel in question?

You might want to try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

They do show 4k and they do show 120Hz but they do not show them together so it might not be able to do 4k (or even 1440p) and 120Hz at the same time.

fish212 you can do a custom resolution in the nvidia drivers and try it, if the V can't do it it will revert back to the previous settings after a few seconds.
