Hi. I can't set the optimal resolution and frequency for this external display. Most likely the problem is in Windows 11 current state.

There in no option with native monitor resolution and frequency - 3440x1440 100Hz (21:9) in Windows display settings.
I also tried to do it through the Radeons Software using the custom resolution options. With strugle, I managed to get the desired resolution but with a frequency of about 25Hz. There are too many non-obvious parameters in these settings.
I also tried to install official drivers and updates on the monitor, laptop.
An important note: I also tried connecting to another laptop (HUAWEI MateBook D 16) with similar characteristics (Ryzen 5 4600H) but on Win10. Everything works fine right away.
My best result: in windows settings 3840x1620 60Hz and scaling to screen size in Radeon Software settings. The result is a downscale - which does not look sharp but tolerable.
So far I see 3 ways:

- Monitor: BenQ EX3501R - 3440x1440 100hz
- laptop: IdeaPad 5 Pro 16ACH6 with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics and hdmi port
- HDMI 2.1 cable for connection
- Windows 11 21H2 bulid 22000.376

So far I see 3 ways:
- try to figure out the settings in Radeons Software. Probably there is a right parameters for my monitor. But everything is complicated by the fact that updating drivers (win update) breaks the utility.
- wait and hope that with the next win update, everything will fix itself
- Clean install win10. But I'm afraid that I might lose the license. I bought a laptop from win10 and updated to win11. Probably this can be clarified in support.
- Or... there is some easy solution???
