Can't setup my new computer

I am having problems hooking up my new computer to my monitor.
My graphic card is a HD7970 3GB GDDR5.
My Monitor is a samsung (not sure on the model)
I want to hook it up with a HDMI cable but on my Graphics card there is no hdmi port
Not sure what i can do to fix this please help!!!!

who makes the graphics card? Mine (MSI model) has a HDMI port.

If you don't have an HDMI port, then hopefully the Samsung monitor has a DisplayPOrt connection and you can use a DP cable. Otherwise you'll have to get a Displayport-to-HDMI adapter.
