Can't sing in (Windows 10)

I tried to sing-in in the Store app but when I the press sing-in button small window opens and closes after a few seconds and I get this: http://pastebin.com/Qa2BD10H in the Event viewer.

its such a shame you meant sign and not sing

try running sfc /scannow in command prompt with admin rights, it might help

Tried, didn't work. I also tried safe mode and clear boot, didn't work.

are you using a windows account?

have you tried making another user and see if it still does it?

I dodn't try another user, but I don't have time right now to try it so I will try tommorow.

When I try to make another user account same thing happens. Small window opens and closes after 2 seconds.
