cant ssh into server with putty

i know this might be wrong to put it in networking but im a n00b and im also having problems with SSH'ing into my server

I cant view images from that site on my work network.

Does the server have ssh setup on it? Linux comes with SSH server but it needs to be enabled/setup. WIndows does not come with SSH and you have to manually install it.
