Cant start my computer

Hey my computer just suddenly stopped working, when i try to turn it on it wont. The power is good but when it gonna start this comes

.
I am wondering what it is and if i have to buy a new CPU or a new GPU.

There comes like a blue stripe on the screen and it turns in to particles on my monitor. After probably an hour it is alot of particles in the top of my screen

GPU: AMD Readon HD 6870
CPU: INTEL core I5 2500
16 gigs of ram.
silver power 500 W 80 Plus

Try to re seat the Gpu..

Removing it then putting it back.. Reconnect the pci-e power connection then try again

If it dosent work should i buy a new GPU??

Check the cable connecting the TV/monitor and the Gpu..

If you have a different cable then, try it

I was having a lan with my friends can it have with me moving my computer?

Nothing special happend other then we had fun and we played games.

Do i have to buy a new GPU

Try to send it to a technician, to better analyze whats wrong with it..

Something else could be at fault rather than just the Gpu.
