Can't start windows. repair/restore dont work either

Was working fine, I shut it down one day, next day this happens.

Windows 7 Professional 64bit
GA-Z97X-UD5H mobo
Intel Core i7-4790K
32gb corsair Vengeance ram
gigabyte GTX 980
corsair gs600 psu
2 HHD: WD 2tb & OEM 1tb that has os on it.

Okay sorry. Press power button. runs through BIOS. "starting windows" shows for a few seconds. bluescreen flashes and it restarts with recovery options. no safemode option.

turn the system on, start tapping the F8 key until you get the Windows boot menu, select Do not automatically restart on system failure.

Report back with the blue screen error message.

I also have an "AE" error code on the LED mobo. Manual says "boot to legacy OS" searching this sounds like my harddrive is failing. Is this correct??
