Hello,
Can't seem to fix the missing BOOTMGR on a Vista laptop. I tried all bootre.rec options, but claims there are "0" windows installations. Recovery CD doesn't do the job.
I can see in DISKPART that C:is defined, just can't gain access.
When I boot to Ubuntu, all I see is the recovery partition, which is odd. I thought this was in RAM not a physical drive.
Any other tricks to recover BOOTMGR in Vista? Just want to get bak pictures.
Thanks.
