rtx 2070 S and rx 5700 XT both has 14 gbps effective memory speed and both is gddr6, why rx 5700 xt has memory clock 900 mhz and rtx 2070 super 7000 mhz?

Exactly 1/16? 875x16 is 14000. Probably a software error with the driver/card or the monitoring tool.
