Can't understand my network lag in battlefield 3

My PC runs it fine and my network speeds and ping results are sufficient yet it lags most of the time to an unplayable extent. Here's a speedtest result

I have the same issue! 🙁 My PC runs it fine with a HD 7950 Vapor-X and i5 3570k though I play for 3 minutes and then I get this orange connection error in the top right corner and I can't move at all! Not sure about it and it makes the game not as fun!
