Question Can't uninstall GTA San Andreas

I download a retextured mod for san andreas gta v hud and when i try to uninstall it it says
RunDLL
There was a problem starting
C:/PROGRA ~1 /COMMON~1/INSTAL~1/PROFES~1/RunTime/10/5
0/Intel32/Ctor.dll
The specified module could not be found.

what to do now i opened it and it says ready at the bottom i downloaded it somehow

What are you trying to uninstall? That mod, or the whole GTA?

Well then....you're on your own with this, except for the advice of a full wipe and reinstall.
