Can't uninstall McAfee

On my laptop I'm on an administrator account, but I can't delete files because it says I need permission from an administrator. This is the only account on the computer and when I look under the user privileges for the certain files I'm trying to delete it says my user account doesn't have the privileges, but the admin one does, but again this is the only account on here and when I go to change account type it already has me listed as an administrator so this is kind of frustrating.

Yours is the only visible account. There is actually an Admin account on every PC. To prove this, press Windows+R, type cmd and once Command Prompt opens, type "net user" (without quote marks). You should see your account, possibly a guest account and Administrator.
