I have been trying to update the mobo's chipset driver to the latest version. But, every time I install the new update and restart, The old version stays the same and it shows this text in Device Manager Events:
Device configured
"

So what to do now? Is it good? Is it bad? I'm requesting for assistance :D

MOBO: Maximus x hero wifi (ac)

EDIT: forgot to mention that a couple of my driver contain texts similar to the one I mentioned.

Just tried that, It says:"A newer version is already installed. Are you sure you want to downgrade?"
btw the current driver version in device manager is " 10.1.11.4" then I updated it via windows search online method, and the chipset driver changed from 370z series driver to 200 series chipset family driver.
