cant update my graphics driver

hello,
this is my first time posting in this site
so i have this toshiba laptop http://
with windows 8.1 as you can see with this graphics driver http://

however, i had windows 7 on the laptop and i had a newer version of the graphics driver but when i upgraded to windows 8.1 this problem occurred
toshiba site doesnt have an update for windows 8.1,i tried to download from AMD site and still not updated
any solution for the problem?

What happened when you tried to install the driver from the AMD site?

Uninstall/remove the working one that is labelled 'Engineering Sample WDDM' - This should give you the proper representation of the same driver. It is basically just telling you that it's unfinished but functional enough to be released. It sounds like there was trouble amidst the conversion between Win 7 and Win 8 in certain areas like the one you posted on. Give it a shot, the worst thing that can happen is absolutely nothing

i tried that but when i restart my laptop and update the driver it remain the same

yes i used DDU (display driver uninstaller)
