Question Can't Update my Motherboard to UEFI Bios.

Tried using the QFlash function in my motherboard's Bios after downloading the correct UEFI Bios update file, but I get a Bios ID check error message.

When updating from legacy to UEFI, use only the utility attached to your BIOS file

I tried using the utility that came with the UEFI Bios update file I downloaded directly from the Gigabyte website, but I still got the Bios ID check error message, my motherboard is currently on Bios version F10.

From what I've read online, a Bios ID check error message is actually the Bios chip protecting itself from being flashed with the wrong Bios update file, which puzzles me, cause as far as I know, I downloaded the correct UEFI Bios update file directly from the Gigabyte website.
