Question Can't use dedicated graphics card (R5 m230)

Please, help.
I tried everything but I can't use R5 M230 as my graphics card, only the R3 Graphics (integrated).
Uninstalled the most recent AMD Radeon Software and Drivers and installed the Adrenalin 19.12.1, still, I can't change to my dedicated graphics card, even though it's more like a co-processor for the R3 Graphics Card (people said).

It is a Toshiba Satellite L50D-B-13x.
Modified with a Crucial MX500 SSD 500gb and Crucial 8gb Ram ddr3l
Still, I can't see that much of a better perfomance...

Please, help.

Did this ever work? There's the possibility that it's failed. It's an old laptop.

When you say performance, what are you measuring? You'll get quicker load times, but you won't get better performance in the sense of processing power or framerate in games.

Well, It didn't work that is why I need help.

My windows is still slow even with more 12 (11) Ram and the SSD.
