Does anyone know how to use the keyboard for BIOS and stuff before windows loads? The keyboard only works after windows starts up.

Also i have Windows and Ubuntu both.

The keyboard doesn't work on the OS selection screen during boot up.

do you have any other keyboards to test your computer with? if others work, it could mean that your Ducky is faulty. Does the Ducky work on other computers?

Does your machine/mobo have ps/2 connectors? You could always get one of those good old usb-to-ps/2 converters and plug it in that way

What mobo is it? There's gotta be some sort of driver involved to get it to recognize it in bios/before drivers are loaded

My normal USB keyboard works in bios and ubuntu. both.

Ducky works in ubuntu and windows after it has loaded.

But it does not work during the os selection screen.

So I have to use my normal keyboard to select the os.
