Can't use my gpu

I have updated my windows and when I tried to open nvidia settings and it says cant detect my gpu but its there I have an mx130 and i3 8th gen with 4gb of ram 4 months of use....I deleted my driver because I saw a page saying my driver might be outdated so I installed the latest one and got "This driver is not compatible with yout windows version or sth..." PLEASE I NEED HELP

Go into Control Panel>System and to System Restore. Take the system back to a Restore Point before the day you did that. If you're in Windows 10, to find Control Panel you mneed to press the Windows key and R together then type in the Run box
