Cant Use .Nfo Files

Hello i am trying to send my msinfo file to tech support for Blizzard for Overwatch and it says I am trying to send an unsupported file type which it is talking about .Nfo file... what can cause this/ how can I fix this? as far as i know my drivers are up to date..

How did you generate this msinfo file? The default Export from that is a .txt.

Either just export it again as .txt, or just change the extension from .Nfo to .txt.

Change the extension.
nfo to txt.

From the msinfo window...
File
Export

Export saves as .txt
Save saves as .nfo
