Hello and sorry for my English.
I will try to explain my problem using an e.g.:
Today I wanted to download Dota 2 from Steam. In this time i was surfing on Facebook and internet and boom: suddenly I couldn't use other internet consuming like Facebook, Google etc, but my download on Dota 2 was OK. So, my problem is:when i want to download a big file, that file will use the internet and will stop other the internet on other applications/programs, so it can focus on the main download. Something like it blocks my internet for anything else than the main download.
This thing happens every-time when i want to download something big from anywhere, internet, e-mail etc and it's fairly new problem.
I have a router (Asus RT-N10) and the problem appears even if download from direct cable (my PC) or from Wi-Fi (from my laptop). Also, if I download something from PC it will shut down the internet on any device that use internet from my router. If I download from Laptop, it will happen same thing: shuts down the internet on any device that use internet from my router. And in both case it will shut down the internet on my other applications that use internet (without the main download).

It is a bit frustrating, because if i want to download something big now, i can't use the internet; i need to wait until it will finish the download. Now i had to stop downloading Dota 2 so i can use the internet to post this message.

I will write my router name, pc spec and laptop spec (i don't know what i need to post or not) and a test speed.
Router: Asus RT-N10
PC: i5-4690k; gtx 650ti; main board MSI z98 PC-Mate; 8 gb ram
Laptop: Lenovo z500 touchpad with i7-3612qm; 8 gb ram; nvidia gt 740m 2gb

I hope I can get an answer. Thank you and sorry for any mistake!

Well, that sounds pretty logical to me. Can You hit here results from speedtest.net and use closest proxy? Well anyway, if something eats up 30,3 mbps [~4 MB/s] from Your internet connection, You tend to feel something like You feel now. Simply choke the download speed in the app You download something and You should be good.
