Cant Watch DVD's?

I just bought 24 seasson 1 on dvd and popped it in and was going to watch it on my second moniter while i played WoW. When i put it in and try WMP it gives me an error and closes. VLC player Gets all pixelated and i cant see anything its a mess of colors and wont play. Couldnt get anything else to work. Didnt have this problem before i install vista , any ideas?

VLC should be able to play them. Try redownloading the program.

I know what the OP said. There could be a problem with the program. Uninstalling and reinstalling the program is a easy 1st step in diagnosing the problem.
