Question can't write \ in command prompt? (alt codes working weird)

If I type alt+47 (/) and alt+92 (\) this is what at happens

This is very annoying , I would like to fix that, and if that is not possible, is there any workaround to type \ in the command prompt?

my system is Win 10, Dell Laptop

You should use <Alt>-<0>-<9>-<2>, with digits keyed in on the numeric pad.
What are your regional and keyboard settings?
